RETURN POLICY


As the nature of the products is personalized and not suitable for resale we do not process full refunds.

 

If you are ever dissatisfied with the final product, please report the issue with clear photos within 10 days from delivery. You can either Whatsapp to or email us at support@glopro.in and we will provide instructions on return.

 

Returns will be processed only for production errors and will not be applicable to the following -

  • Wrongly Sequenced images Blurred
  • Low Resolution
  • Pixilated or poor quality images.
  • ColorProfile/brightness Inaccuracy.
  • Content error.
  •  
  •  
  • Faulty layouts & asymmetrical image placement.
  • Adding|removing|replacing the images or sheets.
  • Mishandling of the photo books.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

Design services / Electronic products.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (Partial Only)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during production. If you need to rework or process a partial refund for the same item, send us an email at support@glopro.in and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will dispatch the replacement item with free shipping.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We usually dispatch in 48 hours.

 

If you are shipping an item over 1000Rs, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
